Muffins with vegetables without flour.
- 2 pieces of spring onion (waist)
- 0,5 bunch dill (chopped)
- 1 dl oat bran
- 1 dl of egg whites
- 1 piece of zucchini (smaller)
- 2 tablespoons of cheese (full tablespoons, small cheese)
- 100 g of bacon (50-100 g, homemade meat)
- 0,5 bag of baking powder
- salt (little)
- Pour the egg whites into a bowl, add the bran and leave to swell a little while you grate the chives, chop the fennel, onion and bacon.
- Combine everything chopped with bran, add salt, add a little baking powder, put a little more chopped bacon on top of each and pour into muffin molds.
- Bake in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about twenty minutes.
Another recipe that fits into a chronically restrictive breakfast.
