Macaroni in juice - another extremely tasty meal, which is only possible for breakfast on a chronic diet, and for those who don't care about chronic, they can also have it for lunch.

  • 300 g macaroni (small)
  • 600 g of meat (stern)
  • 2 pieces purple onion (large)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 pieces of tomato (larger)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 0,5 teaspoons of crushed hot pepper
  • 1 tablespoon greens (chopped dried leaves)
  • salt (if needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 100 ml of oil
  • water (if needed)
  1. I cut the onion into ribs, but not very thin, because it will all be nicely sautéed and not even noticeable. I put the onion to be stewed in heated oil and salted it so that it softens better, and of course it is tastier when it is stewed with salt.
  2. During this time, I scalded the tomatoes with hot water, peeled them and cut them into small cubes. It can also be ground in a blender if you want. The onion is stewed all the time covered and at a lower temperature. When the liquid starts to run out, gradually add chopped tomatoes instead of water. By the time you use up all the tomatoes and onions, they are completely soft.
  3. I cut the meat into medium pieces and put it in the onion to stew. I added bay leaf, crushed pepper and slowly added water if necessary. This meat is ready quickly, so you should be careful not to break it.
  4. Towards the end, when the meat was ready, I poured in 600ml of water, mixed everything well, increased the temperature to a boil and added the macaroni. Reduced the temperature by 1/3. I added salt and cooked on low heat as much as it says on the package. There was enough water for me, I didn't add anything more. When it was ready, I added finely grated garlic and chopped green leaves. Covered so that everything is pressed and the flavors combine.
  5. Phenomenal taste and smell.
