  • 1 kg of veal
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 piece of hot pepper

  1. Wash the meat and season with garlic. With the tip of a sharp knife, make several incisions in the meat, and insert pieces of garlic into these incisions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine oil, white wine, mustard, chopped parsley, finely chopped hot pepper, and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  3. Put the meat in a baking dish and cover it well and rub it with the sauce, which you have already prepared. Cover the baking dish during baking.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 C and bake for 60-90 minutes, depending on the type of veal. When the meat is ready, cut it into slices and dip it in the sauce, in which it was baked, so that it does not dry out. Serve warm or cold, with potatoes and a fresh seasonal salad.
