Macedonian pogača - a quick and tasty breakfast or dinner.
Macedonian cake, ingredients:
- 150 g of cheese
- 3 pieces of egg
- 1 cup of sour milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 15 tablespoon flour
Macedonian cake, preparation:
- Mix baking powder and salt into the flour. Beat the eggs with a mixer and add finely crushed cheese, flour, oil and sour milk. Mix all the ingredients well in the cereal mixture.
- Pour into a suitable container and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
