Raspberry muffins - Sandra Marković
- 150 g of chocolate
- 150 g of raspberries
- 6 teaspoons of coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 50 g margarine
- muffin baskets
- For decoration:
- dark chocolate topping
- white chocolate topping
- Beat the eggs and sugar well with a mixer.
- Add yogurt, melted margarine, coconut flour, flour and baking powder. Mix everything well and add the chocolate cut into cubes.
- Line up the baskets in the muffin tin, fill it halfway with the mixture and place a raspberry in each.
- Fill them with a little more mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C. Cool and decorate with white chocolate and chocolate topping. Pleasant!
