Mom's vegetable mix - a healthy porridge for your babies that will not overload the tummy.
- 1/3 piece of carrot
- 1 piece of zucchini
- 1/4 piece of potato
- 10 pieces of peas (grains)
- 10 pieces of sweet corn (grains)
- Peel and chop the vegetables into small cubes, except for peas and corn.
- Put everything except the zucchini to cook until soft, about 10 minutes after the water boils.
- Place in a strainer and strain. Mash all the vegetables through a strainer so that the husks of the corn and peas remain in the strainer.
- Put the zucchini pieces to cook for about 8 minutes after the water boils.
- Strain and gently press with a spoon to remove excess water.
- Steam the zucchini through a colander and mix with the previously cooked vegetables. In this way, the seeds will remain in the colander.
- You put the zucchini separately because it takes a shorter time to cook, and you can add it to the other vegetables somewhere in half the time.
