Munchmellow cubes – quick cake for (un)announced guests. In our society, the recipe is generally accepted as an ideal delicacy.
Bark:
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup of flour (a cup is 2 dcl)
- 0,5 cups of oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 bag of baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
Coating:
- 1 cooking chocolate
File:
- 4 pieces of egg white
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 3 drops of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- Mix all the ingredients for the crust and bake for about 20 minutes in the oven.
- It's done when you stab it with a knife and the dough doesn't stay the same.
- While your crust is baking, whip the egg white filling.
- Spread the egg white filling on the warm crust and return to the warm oven. Do not turn it on again, it is enough that it is warm to set the egg whites a little.
- Now melt the cooking chocolate with a little oil and spread it over the egg whites so that it covers the egg whites.
- Allow to cool briefly at room temperature and then place in the refrigerator to chill. Serve them chilled.
