Munchmellow - a fantastic cake!
Munchmellow cake, ingredients:
for the crust:
- 6 egg yolks
- 190 g of sugar
- 100 g flour
- 10 g of cocoa
- 5 g baking powder
- 125 ml of cold milk
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
for sham:
- 6 egg whites
- 250 g of sugar
for the frosting:
- 150 g of dark chocolate
- 1,5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of oil for the pan
- 1 tablespoon flour for baking tray
Approximate preparation time 60 minutes.
Munchmellow cake, preparation:
- Separate the yolk and the white.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar.
- Add vanilla sugar.
- Add milk.
- Add flour, baking powder and cocoa.
- Combine everything well.
- Oil and flour a baking sheet.
- Pour the mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- While the crust is baking, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
- Separate the partially baked crust from the edges of the pan with a knife.
- Spread the sham evenly on top.
- Bake for another 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the addition of oil.
- Cut the cake with a knife (remove the excess cream from the edges).
- Pour melted chocolate on top.
- Leave to cool.
