Mango porridge – mangoes are healthy for your babies.

  • 1 mango (cut into slices)
  • 1 apple (cut into slices)
  • 1 banana (cut into pieces)
  1. Peel the mango, apple and banana. Peel the mango in the same way as the apple. Take care not to leave the skin of the mango on the fruit and you can also wash it briefly under running water before cutting it into slices.
  2. Put the fruit in the blender and blend until you get the desired pulp consistency.
  3. You can serve the baby immediately.
If you bought unripe mangoes, steam them for a few minutes.
