Mango baskets - very tasty fruit baskets.

  • 1 piece of mango (finely chopped)
  • 150 kg of cream cheese
  • 200 ml of sweet cream
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 bag of gelatin

  • 80 g of fat
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 100 g of chocolate
  1. Beat one egg with powdered sugar.
    Add fat and flour.
    If necessary, add approximately 50 ml of milk to knead the dough.
    Shape the dough into small walnut-sized balls.
    Separate each ball and line a metal basket with it.
    Put the baskets to bake for about 15 minutes.
  2. During this time, prepare the filling.
    Pour one bag of gelatin with a little cold water. Let it swell.
    Beat sweet cream with powdered sugar and combine it with cream cheese.
    Add the swollen gelatin and mix everything well.

  3. Remove the finished baskets from the mold.
    Melt the chocolate and coat the inside of each basket with a brush.

  4. When the chocolate hardens, fill the baskets with filling.
    Garnish with chopped mango on top.

  5. Other fruits can be added if desired
