Mango baskets - very tasty fruit baskets.
- 1 piece of mango (finely chopped)
- 150 kg of cream cheese
- 200 ml of sweet cream
- 3 spoons of powdered sugar
- 1 bag of gelatin

- 80 g of fat
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 1 piece of egg
- 200 grams of flour
- 50 ml of milk
- 100 g of chocolate
- Beat one egg with powdered sugar.
Add fat and flour.
If necessary, add approximately 50 ml of milk to knead the dough.
Shape the dough into small walnut-sized balls.
Separate each ball and line a metal basket with it.
Put the baskets to bake for about 15 minutes. - During this time, prepare the filling.
Pour one bag of gelatin with a little cold water. Let it swell.
Beat sweet cream with powdered sugar and combine it with cream cheese.
Add the swollen gelatin and mix everything well. - Remove the finished baskets from the mold.
Melt the chocolate and coat the inside of each basket with a brush. - When the chocolate hardens, fill the baskets with filling.
Garnish with chopped mango on top. - Other fruits can be added if desired
