Manti - a famous dish, very tasty.

  1. Pour flour into a deep dish, add one egg and one egg yolk and 100 ml of water
  2. Add salt and knead, then knead the dough by hand on a floured surface.
  3. Let it stand for one hour.
  4. During this time, finely chop the onion, add minced meat, salt, pepper and combine - knead the ingredients by hand. Leave in the cold until the dough is ready.
  5. After an hour, knead the dough, roll out the thicker crust and cut it into squares.
  6. Spread the meat filling on each square. Coat the ends with melted margarine to make them easier to stick. Twist the ends towards the middle and press with your hand.
  7. Coat a refractory zinnia with melted margarine and arrange the mantis.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes at 215 degrees.
  9. In the meantime, mash the garlic and mix with the yogurt and leave to stand.
  10. Add ground paprika to the remaining melted margarine (and maybe butter).
  11. After 25 minutes, pour the soup over the manta, then continue baking for another 30 minutes at the same temperature.
  12. When they are ready, serve them with yogurt topped with a mixture of margarine (butter) and paprika.
