Marinated kremanadle with potato salad - a great choice for lunch!

Potato salad:

  • 750 g of potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of white wine
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • black onion

Stern

  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 0,3 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 0,3 tsp cinnamon (powdered)
  • 0,5 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 6 pieces of pork loin

Potato salad

  1. Prepare the potato salad. Put the potatoes in their skins in salted water and let them boil until they are cooked.
  2. Remove the potatoes. Leave to cool.
  3. In a deep bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing oil, balsamic vinegar, onion, salt and pepper.
  4. When the potatoes have cooled, peel them and cut them into smaller circles. Add the dressing and white wine and stir. Leave in the fridge to cool.

Stern

  1. Wash the chickpeas with cold water, drain and place in a deep bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients and coat well on both sides of the stern.
  3. Leave the chicken breasts in the marinade in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  5. Place the hams in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Take the dish out of the oven, turn the ribs over and sprinkle them with the remaining marinade. Bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Serve kremanadle warm, with chilled potato salad.
