  • 3 larger hake
  • 0,5 teaspoons of dried rosemary
  • 0,5 teaspoons of dried thyme
  • 0,5 teaspoons of dried oregano
  • 1 piece of lemon juice
  • 200 g lean mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons of mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  1. Combine lean mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, pureed garlic, rosemary, oregano and dried thyme in a suitable bowl. Add spices to taste and mix.
  2. Cut the hake in several places and cover them with the prepared mayonnaise marinade. Leave in the refrigerator to rest for at least 60 min.
  3. Cover the pan with baking paper and place the marinated hake in it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden brown.

Serve the finished dish with baked or fried potatoes.
