Mint marmalade (mint) – a little unusual, a marmalade whose taste is exactly like mint, it has not changed at all.
- 60 g of mint (fresh mint leaves, mint)
- 1 liters of water
- 1 kg of sugar
- 1 bag of gelatin
- 1 lemon juice (juice from one lemon)
- 1 tablespoon of kiwi extract
- Wash the mint leaves and chop them. Put them in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from the stove and leave covered for 10 minutes. After standing, strain well.
- Add kiwi extract, juice of one lemon to the resulting juice. and mix in the gelling agent according to the instructions on the bag. Bring everything to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally.
- When it boils, add sugar and let it cook for just 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and skim the foam off the top (if any).
- Immediately pour the obtained marmalade into heated jars (do not fill them all the way to the top, leave 1 centimeter of empty space to the lid). Close the jars tightly with metal lids.
- Turn them upside down and leave them in that position for 5 min.
- Store them in a dry and cool place.
