  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 2 handfuls of nettles
  • 200 gr. of cheese
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  1. Put the nettle in boiling water, boil it for 3-4 minutes, drain and finely chop it, then add finely chopped garlic to it.
  2. Combine eggs, yogurt, oil, flour and baking powder and put a spoonful of the mixture in the muffin tin, then the nettles, then the cheese and again a spoonful of the mixture.
  3. Turn on the oven only when the mass for the medallions is placed and bake for 30 minutes at 200C.
