Medallions with nettle and cheese - Snežana Kitanović
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1 baking powder
- 2 handfuls of nettles
- 200 gr. of cheese
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- Put the nettle in boiling water, boil it for 3-4 minutes, drain and finely chop it, then add finely chopped garlic to it.
- Combine eggs, yogurt, oil, flour and baking powder and put a spoonful of the mixture in the muffin tin, then the nettles, then the cheese and again a spoonful of the mixture.
- Turn on the oven only when the mass for the medallions is placed and bake for 30 minutes at 200C.
