Honey muffins - the taste of this cake mostly depends on the jam/jam you use. So, you can influence the taste. I used mixed marmalade - pumpkin, apple, quince, orange, lemon and vanilla. It is also important to use good quality chocolate. You will get a promising taste.

Honey muffins - Kristina Gašpar - Recipes and Cookbook online
Honey muffins - the taste of this cake depends mostly on the jam/jam you use. So, you can influence the taste. I used mixed marmalade - pumpkin, apple, quince, orange, lemon and vanilla. It is also important to use good quality chocolate. You will get a promising taste.
- 2 pieces of eggs
- 1 dl of sugar
- 1 dl yogurt
- 1 dl oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
- 1 spoon of cocoa
- 3 dl flour (1,5 cups)
- 2 dl of homemade jam (jam, marmalade of your choice)
- For the biscuit, combine all ingredients (except jam) and beat with a mixer.
- Line the muffin tray with paper baskets. Pour 2 teaspoons of dough, put 1-2 teaspoons of jam on top, then cover with dough (1-2 teaspoons). Bake them at 150 degrees for 15 minutes and about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
- For the glaze, melt water, chocolate and butter.
- When the ingredients are combined, remove from the heat, add the honey and stir until it dissolves.
- Pour the glaze over the muffins and decorate them as desired.
For those who do not like colorful crumbs, I recommend broken chocolate - black and white.
