Gingerbread men.
- 500 g of flour
- 3 tablespoons honey (melted)
- 1 tablespoon of baking soda
- 1 spoon of cinnamon
- 1 cup oil
- 3 pieces of egg
- 200 g of sugar
- Combine all ingredients.
- Knead the dough.
- Roll out the dough to the thickness of your finger and use the molds to cut out the shapes.
- Arrange in a baking tray and insert half of a walnut in the middle of each one.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
