Menthol bars - quick bars with menthol flavor.
For the first layer:
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 dl of water
- 125 g of margarine (or butter)
- 100 g of chocolate
- 50 g hazelnuts (roasted, ground)
- 250 g of ground biscuits
For the second layer:
- 200 g of hard menthol candies
- 1 dl of water
- 125 g of margarine (or butter)
- 200 g of powdered milk
For the frosting:
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 40 g of margarine (or butter)
- 3 hard menthol candies (2-3 candies)
- Put 150 g of sugar and 1 dcl of water in a bowl, cook until the sugar melts, then add margarine and chocolate to melt, remove from heat and add ground biscuits and ground hazelnuts. Mix well and while the mass is warm, put it in a 20 x 25 cm mold.
Put the menthol candies and 1 dcl of water in a bowl, cook on low heat until the candies melt while stirring. When melted, add 125 g of margarine to melt, remove from heat and add 200 g of powdered milk, 3-4 drops of menthol flavoring, mix well and put over the first layer, flatten and leave to cool.
Melt 100 g of white chocolate with 40 g of margarine and place over a layer of powdered milk. While the glaze has not yet set, sprinkle with ground menthol candies.
