It may not look beautiful and exotic, but it is a treasure for those who want to cleanse their body and lose weight. What is her secret?

Thanks to this, this healthy dish contributes to the effective cleaning of the intestines. Therefore, due to the expulsion of fecal deposits, the body weight also decreases.

For its preparation you will need: cabbage, beets, carrots, greens, lemon juice, oil.

Preparation: Grate cabbage, beets and carrots in the ratio: 3:1:1. Add herbs to your taste (myrrh, parsley, celery). Mash the vegetables to release the juice. Add a little lemon juice. If desired, to achieve spiciness, you can add a crushed clove of garlic to the salad. Season with a small amount of vegetable oil (linseed or olive oil is especially recommended).

It is unnecessary to salt the salad. If you cannot give up the salty taste, use soy sauce, which contains a considerable amount of salt and improves the taste of food, and has high nutritional values ​​and is not harmful to health.

Please note: with low stomach acidity, it is better to use sauerkraut.
