Pistachio flour it is rich in vitamins, iron, a high percentage of unsaturated fats and nutritious fibers, which significantly contributes to the health of the body. Its consumption is also recommended for people on a diet, and its excellent taste and characteristic gentle green color will contribute to making every dish a real delicacy. It also contains carotene, which affects the health of the eyes and promotes vision.

On the other hand almond flour is a nutritionally rich and gluten-free product obtained by grinding blanched almonds, and in its composition it has a significant amount of minerals of great importance for bone health. What is important is that this flour also does not contain additional sugars, colors and flavors, and is an excellent choice for those who are supporters of vegan and paleo diets. Its aromatic taste is reminiscent of marzipan, which is why it is a favorite ingredient in sweets such as macarons.

Below we offer you two recipes as suggestions for delicious snacks that you can make quickly and easily using this innovative, nutritious and healthy pistachio and almond flour as the main ingredient.

Pistachio cookies with cheese

Necessary food items:

Base: 60 g of butter, 100 g of sugar, 180 g of pistachio flour (sifted), 1 egg, vanilla sugar, grated rind and squeezed juice of half a lemon, 1/2 bag of baking powder, 100 ml of milk, a little salt

Cream: 50 g of butter, 200 g of ARO cream cheese, 100 g of powdered sugar, vanilla sugar to taste, juice of half a lemon, 40 g of pistachio flour

Decoration: 30 g of ground pistachios

Preparation: Lightly beat the butter and sugar until the butter becomes fluffy. Then add the egg, lemon juice, grated lemon peel, milk and beat everything together for another minute. Mix pistachio flour with baking powder, sift, add salt and beat until a uniform mixture is obtained. Spread the dough on baking paper, using a piping bag, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Beat butter, sugar and vanilla, add ARO cream cheese, lemon and pistachio flour and combine into a uniform mass. Put the filling on half of the baked dough and cover it with the other part, then roll it generously in the pistachios.

Raw chocolate cake with almonds, prunes and avocado

Necessary ingredients for the crust: 200 g almond flour, 230 g prunes, vanilla aroma, 30 g honey, a pinch of salt, a little cinnamon.
Work methods: Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until all the ingredients are combined. Take it out of the blender and put the mass on the bottom of the mold and level it. Put in the fridge to harden a little.

Necessary ingredients for the cream: 1 piece of avocado (softer), 50 g of cocoa powder, 200 g of melted warm coconut butter, 150 g of honey, 200 g of almond or soy milk, a pinch of salt, vanilla flavoring.
Work methods: put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a fine, smooth, cream. Pour the cream over the crust, flatten and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set. Serve as desired.
