Milchbrot (Milchbrot or milk bread) or Brioche (brioche) i.e. sweet french bread. The recipes are more or less the same in terms of ingredients. And when they differ, it's about nuances.

So, whichever recipe you choose, German or French, your sweet pastries will be equally delicious. The difference is in the forms.

French pastry has a recognizable shape, which certainly does not mean that you cannot make the dough into any shape you want.

On this occasion, I decided on a German recipe and made braids, nests, wreaths for Easter eggs from it.

To prepare sweet bread or pastries, you can use yogurt, milk, sweet cream, neutral cream, white sugar, brown sugar...

What you have or what you like.

This is one basic batter that you can add to. raisins, candied fruit, cranberries or something else.

Baked pastry can be coated with honey and decorated as desired - with vanilla sugar, colorful beads...

Let your imagination run wild and create a combination that will make you stand out.
