Milevin's cake - Suzana Mitić
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl of lukewarm milk
- 1 dl oil
- 1 dl of water
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 cup level salt
- kg about 1 flour
- To coat:
- 150 g of margarine
- 1 yolk
- 1 spoon of sour cream
- a little sesame
- Knead the dough from eggs, yeast, oil, milk, water, salt, sugar and flour and leave it in a warm place to rise.
- Divide the dough into two parts.
- Roll each part into a circle with a rolling pin. Cut into 8 parts, as for rolls.
- Coat each part with margarine. Roll it like a fisek, that is, so that the edges of one part of the dough match. The top of that fisek goes in the middle of the pan.
- Arrange all the fiskes close to each other.
- Leave it to rise for about 15 minutes.
- Beat the egg yolk with cream and spread it over the whole cake. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
