Mini Muffin Cheesecakes Recipes and Cookbook online

Mini Cheesecakes - this is a delicious recipe that is perfect for a snack or treat outside of your home. Anywhere and anytime you serve it, this is a great treat for kids.

Bark:

  • 0,33 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (melted)

File:

  • 230 g of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1,5 teaspoons of lemon juice
  • 0,5 tsp lemon peel (grated)
  • 0,25 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 piece of egg

Bark:

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees C.
  2. For baking, use a muffin tin with 6 molds. Lubricate it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix the cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine with a fork until smooth.
  4. Scoop out a scoop for each muffin and place in each muffin tin, then press down gently.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, then remove to cool. Keep the oven hot.

File:

  1. Whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla extract. Add one egg. Beat until the mass is even.

Combining:

  1. Pour the filling mixture into the partially baked muffins, which you have cooled, filling each one 3/4 full.
  2. Bake them at 165 degrees C for 25 minutes.
  3. Allow the muffin tray to cool completely before removing them.
  4. Cool the Mini Cheesecakes well in the refrigerator before serving.
