Mini Bites – mini bites suitable for various events. With a little imagination they can be a complete meal.
- 6 cups of corn flour
- 1 spoon of corn grits
- 0,5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 piece of egg
- 0,5 cups of yogurt
- 300 g of cheese
- 200 g of flour
- 150 g of chicken breast
- person (slips)
- 150 g of olives
- Knead a smooth dough from all the ingredients. Add yogurt gradually until a smooth dough is obtained. Leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour so that the dough rests and the corn flour swells. The dough is sticky when kneaded, but after standing, the flour will swell. If necessary, add a little more flour when shaping the dough. Use a rolling pin to spread the rectangular crust up to 5 mm thick. Use a star-shaped mold to take out small bites. Arrange in a tray with a slight gap. Bake at 220 C for the first 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200 and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Cut the chicken breast into quarters and put slices on each star. Cut the olive in half and put it on top.
- Insert a person's leaf into the olive. Enjoy the wonderful bites.
