Young potatoes with dressing - juicy and crispy potatoes that melt in your mouth.

  • 600 g of new potatoes
  • 300 g of minced meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 red onions
  • malozacin herbs
  • little white pepper
  • little black pepper
  • small nature
  • a little bit of oil

For dressing you need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl of milk
  • missing person
  • malozacin herbs
  • 150 g of cottage cheese
  1. Peel the new potatoes, wash them and put them in a fireproof bowl.
  2. When it comes to new potatoes, I like to buy the ones that are really small, the size of a larger walnut, so that I don't have to cut them in half. I think they look better when they are small and when they don't have to be divided.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil until it acquires a glassy color.
  4. Add minced meat. Fry until the meat changes color.
  5. Add spices and finely chopped garlic.
  6. Pour over the potatoes.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add milk, herbs and a lot of chopped parsley.
  8. Pour this mixture over the potatoes.
  9. Bake in a heated oven at 200 C for 45 minutes.
  10. Grate the mincemeat.
  11. Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  12. Return to the oven for a few more minutes to melt the cheese.
  13. Serve with a seasonal salad and enjoy the beautiful taste.
  14. If you wish, you can add another chopped person.
