This is a recipe for homemade bread, specially created for lovers of dairy flavors. Dairy bread, butter and honey for breakfast, for example.

Milk dough - ingredients:

500 g flour type 400
1 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of sugar
2,5 dl of lukewarm milk
50 g of softened butter
15 g of fresh yeast

For the ending:

  • 1 teaspoon of softened butter

Milk dough - preparation:

  • Mix yeast, sugar and a little milk in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually pour in the milk and flour until the milk is used up and you have a mixture the thickness of pancake batter.
  • Leave it to rest for about 15 minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients and knead a smooth dough.
  • Wrap it up and let it rise for 15 minutes.
  • Knead the dough and wait for it to double in size.
  • Now shape the bread.
  • You can make two rolls from the dough and twist them. (Determine the dimensions of the bread according to the size of the mold.)
  • Spread the bread with butter and let it rise.
  • Bake the milk bread for 30 minutes at 200 degrees (in a heated oven).
  • If you decide to bake the bread in a regular pan, the loaf will expand more than when it is in the mold, so the baking time will be shorter.

You don't have to make two rolls of bread. You can make the shape you want.

Use the "toothpick test" to check if the homemade bread is baked. In the summer months, the bread preparation time is shortened because the dough rises faster. During the winter months, it takes a little more time to prepare.
