Minced tomatoes.
Minced tomatoes, ingredients:
- 10 kg of tomatoes,
- 10 g of grapes,
- 5 g preservative,
- salt to taste.
Minced tomatoes, preparation:
- Wash the tomato well and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Then grind it in a meat grinder.
- Place the ground tomatoes in a deep container (bucket), add the preservative and grapevine.
- Add salt to taste and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Let it stand for 12 hours (stir it occasionally so that the salt, grapes and preservative are well dissolved and combined).
- Pour into washed and dried glass bottles.
- Close and store in the pantry.
Remark: If you are a spicy lover, add finely chopped hot pepper to the prepared tomatoes. In winter, you can use it as a salad: pour it into a plate, add finely chopped onions. If you have high blood fat - feel free to consume it as much as possible, because it lowers fat.
