Minced tomatoes - Vesna Pavlović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Minced tomatoes.

Minced tomatoes, ingredients:

  • 10 kg of tomatoes,
  • 10 g of grapes,
  • 5 g preservative,
  • salt to taste.

Minced tomatoes, preparation:

  • Wash the tomato well and cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Then grind it in a meat grinder.
  • Place the ground tomatoes in a deep container (bucket), add the preservative and grapevine.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  • Let it stand for 12 hours (stir it occasionally so that the salt, grapes and preservative are well dissolved and combined).
  • Pour into washed and dried glass bottles.
  • Close and store in the pantry.

Remark: If you are a spicy lover, add finely chopped hot pepper to the prepared tomatoes. In winter, you can use it as a salad: pour it into a plate, add finely chopped onions. If you have high blood fat - feel free to consume it as much as possible, because it lowers fat.
