  • 400 g of minced meat
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 50 g margarine
  • parsley
  • so
  • beaver
  • 100 g of cheese
  1. Fry leek and carrot, add minced meat, spices and stew for about 30 minutes.
  2. On a cube of margarine, fry the flour, then add the milk while stirring. When it thickens, remove from the stove and stir in yogurt, salt and pepper.
  3. Grease the dish with margarine, then spread the potatoes, pour the meat filling over it, then spread the chopped mushrooms. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Grate a little margarine and cheese on top. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
