Minced meat with vegetables in sauce - very tasty!
Minced meat with vegetables in sauce - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of minced meat
- 1 stalk of leek
- 4 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 3 dl of milk
- 2 dl yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 50 g margarine
- parsley

- 100 g of cheese
- Fry leek and carrot, add minced meat, spices and stew for about 30 minutes.
- On a cube of margarine, fry the flour, then add the milk while stirring. When it thickens, remove from the stove and stir in yogurt, salt and pepper.
- Grease the dish with margarine, then spread the potatoes, pour the meat filling over it, then spread the chopped mushrooms. Pour the prepared sauce over everything. Grate a little margarine and cheese on top. Bake at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
