Minced meat in puff pastry, ingredients:
- 500 g puff pastry,
- 500g of minced meat, I used pork,
- half a teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika,
- half a teaspoon of hot pepper,
- some pepper,
- dry herbal spice, to taste and
- chopped parsley leaf.
Minced meat in puff pastry, preparation:
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into cubes, mix the meat well, make balls, put the ball on top of the puff pastry cube and make a circle.
- Cover the pan with baking paper, arrange the balls, cut each ball in the shape of a cross.
- Bake in a preheated oven until nicely browned.
