Minced meat in puff pastry.

Minced meat in puff pastry, ingredients:

  • 500 g puff pastry,
  • 500g of minced meat, I used pork,
  • half a teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika,
  • half a teaspoon of hot pepper,
  • some pepper,
  • dry herbal spice, to taste and
  • chopped parsley leaf.

Minced meat in puff pastry, preparation:

  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into cubes, mix the meat well, make balls, put the ball on top of the puff pastry cube and make a circle.
  • Cover the pan with baking paper, arrange the balls, cut each ball in the shape of a cross.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until nicely browned.
