Grinders with white meat.

Grinders with white meat, ingredients:

  • about 600 gr millets
  • 600-700 g of chicken white meat (fillet)
  • a little oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 dl of milk
  • 3 dl sour cream
  • a little salt, pepper and dry herb seasoning
  • 150 g of cheese

Grinds with white meat, preparation:

  • Cut the chicken fillet into steaks, add salt and fry them in oil. Leave the meat to cool a little, in the meantime prepare the dressing.
  • Beat 2 eggs with cream, a little salt, pepper and dry spices, and a little milk. Pour this over the millets.
  • Break the millets (because they are fragile) into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl in which we will cover them with hot (do not boil) soup or milk to soften them. After a few minutes, drain them from the liquid.
  • Lubricate the refractory dish with oil, the oil in which the white meat was fried, then spread half of the amount of ground meat on the bottom. Place the chicken on the grinder. Cover with half of the dressing.
  • Spread the rest of the mincemeat over the meat and dressing, then cover with the rest of the dressing.
  • Bake for about half an hour at 200 degrees, until the cheese gets a nice, reddish color. at the end of baking, grate some cheese on top and let it brown.
