Moje grne - a delicious lunch with various vegetables and meat.

  • 600 g of pork (boneless)
  • 2 pieces of carrot
  • 2 slices of celery
  • 1 onion
  • landing
  • 2 pieces of potatoes
  • 300 g of peas
  • 1 piece of green pepper
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • primrose leaf

  • 1 dl of red wine
  • 0,5 l of tomato juice
  1. Cut the meat into cubes. Clean the carrot and cut it into rings. Clean the celery and cut it into small pieces. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and wash the broccoli and separate it into florets. Chop the onion and pepper and fry in oil.
  2. Place vegetables and meat alternately in the pot. Sprinkle each row with chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and then pour wine, tomato juice and water to cover. Cover and cook on medium heat for about one hour.
  3. During cooking, occasionally shake the pot and, if necessary, add a little hot water. The finished pot should be half cooked with very little liquid, and the meat and vegetables should be soft.
