Ant cake - a recipe found on the Internet, delighted by its appearance, especially interesting for children...
- 300 g of sugar
- 200 ml of water
- 80 g butter
- 180 g of flour
- 2,5 teaspoons of baking soda
- 6 eggs
- 160 ml of yogurt
- Melt the sugar over low heat, then add water and cook until the sugar dissolves.
- Add butter, then knead until it melts.
- Cool completely.
- Beat the foamy eggs, then add flour mixed with baking soda, as well as yogurt.
- Make the mixture even, then pour sugar.
- Knead the mixture again, then pour it into a greased and floured pan.
- Let it stand for half an hour.
- Then put in a cold oven and bake at 170 degrees for about an hour.
