Crumbly pie with chocolate, a quick and tasty sweet, which is easy to prepare, and it is made from ingredients that most of us have in the house at all times.

For the dough:

  • 180 grams of margarine
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 0,5 bags of baking powder
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 0, 5 dl of milk
  • 330 grams of flour
  • For the filling:

For the filling:

  • 5 dl of milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 2 bags of chocolate pudding
  • 70 grams of chocolate
  • 50 grams of margarine
  1. Beat margarine, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Add flour mixed with baking powder to the whipped mixture. Knead a compact, smooth dough by hand. Place the kneaded dough in a nylon bag, then put it in the refrigerator to rest for about an hour. Pour 4 dl of milk into a pan, add sugar and let it boil. Separately, whisk 1 dl of milk with the chocolate pudding, then pour into the boiling milk and cook until the mixture thickens. Add margarine and cooking chocolate to the warm pudding and mix until everything is well melted and a uniform mixture is obtained.
  2. After an hour, divide the remaining dough in half. Thin one half with a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter, and the other half remains in one piece. Oil a small tray or pan and sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour. Spread the thinned dough so that it covers the bottom and sides of the pan. Spread the chocolate filling over the dough.
  3. Grate the other half of the remaining dough over the filling. Bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve with hot chocolate.
