A shaker my way.

Shaker, ingredients:

  • 500 grams of pork leg meat
  • 2 tablespoons lard
  • 2 onions
  • 2 young onions
  • 4 pickled peppers or fresh
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 1 heaping tablespoon of mixed dried vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • A little pepper
  • if desired, 2-3 cloves of garlic

Mućkalica, preparation:

  • Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces, wash the vegetables.
  • Put a spoonful of fat in a pan-pan, heat it on the fire, pour the prepared meat over it to *sizzle*.
  • Add dried vegetables and 1/2 teaspoon of salt over the meat. Cover the pan, reduce the temperature so that the meat releases its juices and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hour.
  • During this time, put another container with a spoonful of fat on the fire and heat it. Add the onion cut into ribs, fry a little, then add the pepper cut into strips, hot pepper and spring onion. Add a little salt, reduce the temperature, cover the pan and simmer for fifteen minutes while stirring.
  • Place the stewed vegetables over the stewed meat, add 1 cup of black coffee water, some crushed garlic, pepper to taste, mix everything. Cover and leave on a low heat for five or so minutes so that the flavor of the stewed meat and vegetables combine.
  • Serve the fresh bread with a warm shaker.
  • It's sweetest when the cake is *dipped* in a shaker.
  • Pleasant!
