Mućkalica in my mother's way - for all those who love old Serbian dishes, prepared in a traditional way, which do not take a lot of time, and whose taste everyone is delighted with.
- 3 heads of onion (2-3 heads)
- 8 pieces of paprika (7-8 pieces of paprika)
- 400 g of pork (thigh, 300-400 grams)
- salt (to taste)
- dry herb seasoning (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon fat
- 50 ml of tomato juice
- Chop the onion into ribs, the pepper into cubes, and the meat into smaller pieces. Coat an earthen pot with grease, then put onion, pepper and meat in it. Mix everything well, add salt, add spices to taste and a teaspoon of allspice. Then pour a little water and tomato juice, cover (with a lid or aluminum foil) and bake in an oven heated to 220 C for about an hour.
