Green bean moussaka - a slightly different moussaka.

  • 500 g of green beans
  • 300 g of ground beef
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • a little oil
  • herbal seasoning to taste (salt and pepper)
  • a little more spicy
  • some allspice

DRESSING:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 100 ml of yogurt
  1. Sauté a finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the meat and sauté everything together for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Wash green beans, clean them and sauté them in oil with onions. Stew it until it softens and season to taste. At the end, add some allspice, finely chopped garlic and sprinkle everything with spices.
  3. Lubricate a refractory dish with oil, put half of the stewed green beans and spread it on the bottom of the dish.
  4. Put minced meat on top and finish everything with green beans.
  5. Beat eggs with sour cream, add yogurt and pour it over green beans before baking.
  6. Bake the moussaka at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes or until a golden crust forms on top.
  7. Serve moussaka with a salad of your choice.
