Kale moussaka - a healthy and delicious lunch with kale.

  • 1 head of onion
  • 500 gr. ground beef
  • 1 head of kale
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300 gr. Spanish
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 2 spoons of tomato puree
  • 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
  • 120 gr. bacon
  • 0,5 dl. oils
  • 1 teaspoon of spice mix
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 1 dl. sour cream
  • 3 dl. milk
  1. Separate the kale leaves from the head, wash them and briefly blanch them in hot water to soften them. Blanch the spinach in salted water, strain the excess liquid and chop finely. Melt butter in a pan, then add finely chopped garlic and fry briefly. Then add boiled spinach, season to taste and mix well. Fry the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the minced meat and simmer, occasionally adding water as needed. When the meat is half done, add tomato puree and ground pepper, season to taste and simmer until the meat is soft and the excess liquid boils off. Oil the ovenproof dish and cover the bottom with kale leaves, then apply half of the meat filling, arrange the kale leaves again and cover with the spinach filling. Spread the rest of the meat filling over the spinach and finish with kale leaves. Cover the moussaka with a mixture of eggs, milk and sour cream and arrange bacon leaves on the surface. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C until golden brown.
