Potato and zucchini moussaka - this is my way of preparing moussaka when zucchini is in season.

  • 300 g of minced mixed meat
  • 500 years potatoes
  • 1 piece of zucchini (smaller)
  • 1 piece of onion
  • dry herb seasoning (to taste)
  • beaver
  • milk (a little)
  • parsley (any leaf)
  1. Fry the onion head in a little fat, add the meat, salt, spices, pepper, and sauté until the meat is done.
  2. In a greased pan, arrange potatoes and zucchini cut into circles and salted, then a row of meat, a row of potatoes with zucchini, meat and finally potatoes with zucchini.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with water and milk.
  4. Boil all that and when the potatoes are soft, bake in the oven at 200C until the dish is golden brown.
