Vegetable moussaka - moussaka does not have to be only with potatoes and meat. You can prepare it in various ways. Let your imagination run wild and combine the ingredients you have on hand.
- 1 head of onion (about 100 g)
- 2 pieces of red pepper (about 200 g)
- 3 pieces of carrots (about 300 g)
- 3 pieces of potatoes (about 500 g)
- 1 head of cauliflower (about 500 g)
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 1 glass of milk

- Cut the cleaned vegetables into smaller pieces or leaves.
- Arrange in an oiled tray, pour 2 dl of water, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes in a heated oven at 220 degrees.
- Combine eggs, cream, milk and spices.
- Pour over the vegetables and bake without foil for another 15-20 minutes (until golden brown).
