Moussaka with Swiss chard.
- 500 g of Swiss chard
- 350 g of minced meat
- 1 salt of rice
- 1 onion
- 2 price of garlic
- 1 large carrot
- 2 pieces of egg
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 100 ml milk
- so

- Wash the chard leaves and soak them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Clean and chop the onion. Wash, clean and grate the carrot. Clean and wash the rice.
- Fry the onion in a little oil, add the sorghum and meat, and cook until the meat changes color. Add rice and a little salt. Pour salted water and simmer for about half an hour (add more water if necessary). The water should boil almost completely. Add spices and pepper to taste.
- Place a row of chard leaves in an oiled ovenproof dish, then half of the filling, another row of chard leaves, the remaining filling and the chard on top.
- Beat the eggs, add milk and sour cream, mix and pour over the moussaka. Bake for about half an hour in an oven heated to 180 C.
- When the moussaka is fried, take it out and let it cool a little. Cut and serve with sour milk or sour cream. Pleasant!
