Moussaka with cabbage - Ivana Pešić

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 2 onions
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 200 ml sour cream for cooking
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. When the onion is soft, add chopped cabbage, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into leaves and fry until the liquid released by the mushrooms boils. Then season to taste and add cooking cream.
  3. Pour half of the prepared cabbage into an ovenproof dish, then cover with mushrooms, and put the other half of the cabbage on top of them. Beat the eggs and yogurt and pour over the moussaka. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
