Moussaka with zucchini and okra - Slađana Šćekić
Moussaka with zucchini and okra - a wonderful and very healthy meal...
- 2 pieces of zucchini
- 250 gr minced meat
- 2 pieces of onion (small heads)
- 1 piece of carrot (smaller)
- 1 tablespoon of dry herb seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 250 g of okra
For topping:
- 3 pieces of eggs
- 2 spoons of sour cream
- 2 dl of milk
- Fry the onion and then add the minced meat and grated carrot, then the spices and finally the okra cut into rings.
- When we have combined everything, clean the zucchini and cut it into rings, arrange them in a fireproof bowl, pour the filling and arrange the cut zucchinis again.
- At the end, when the moussaka is baked, cover it with egg cream and milk and bake for another 10 minutes.
