Muesli with 3 types of milk - nutritious breakfast for children over one year old. You can use coconut, rice, cow's or almond milk, depending on what you have available, or just one of the above.

ingredients:

  • 50 ml of coconut milk
  • 50 ml of rice milk
  • 50 ml of whole cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 handful of raspberries or other berries
  • 4 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons of rye flakes
  • 1/2 finely chopped dates (optional)

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Mix the milk in a pot and put it on the stove and first add the cocoa so that there are no lumps and then the flakes.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes until the flakes are soft and until you get the desired consistency, stirring constantly.
  • Pour into a bowl and mix in finely chopped dates and raspberries or fruit of your choice and availability.
  • Cool and serve breakfast to the child.

Coconut milk is usually sweet, while rice and cow's milk are neutral. When you buy almond milk, make sure you buy the one that has no added sweeteners and is a bit bitter in itself.
