Branko Bane Vidaković: My specialty, that is, the dish that I, to be honest, like to eat the most, not so much to prepare it... but, come on... it's called: Sarmica od zelji, or Swiss chard, it depends on what you find... With sour cream, or something like that, what you like... sour milk can do, various things... I think that me and our chef will make a chard salad, with sour cream and baked... you'll see...

- And whose dish is that?
Branko Bane Vidaković: Well, I don't know exactly... Sarmice od zelji should be in these areas, uh, autochthonous, what would they say, like all the Sarmice that are. But... I loved how my grandmother does it, how my grandmother makes them. And then, when I grew up, I ate at the Writers' Club in Belgrade, very nice salad greens, in that old Writers' Club... the famous one. And remembered and... well, it's one of my favorite dishes.
