  • 1 cup white wheat flour
  • 1 cup polenta
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 300 g of cheese (shredded)
  • salt (little)

The best preparation, preparation:

  • First, mix the oil and cheese and let it sit for a while (about 5 minutes), so that the cheese absorbs the fat from the oil.
  • Then add yogurt to the mass. Mix well.
  • Then add all the "dry" ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour the mass into a greased tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
