The best exercises for the butt – a very simple series of exercises for each day, each lasting 40 seconds, with 5 seconds of rest in between. The total duration of the exercises is 5 minutes. Warming up for the exercise is not included and you do not need any equipment.

Be sure to stretch and warm up your muscles before you start exercising.

  1. squats, feet together, knees touching, elbows to touch knees in a squat
  2. squats, feet shoulder-width apart, elbows touching the knees in a squat
  3. hop with feet together, land with feet shoulder width apart, touch ground with right hand, left hand goes all the way back; hop with feet together, land with feet shoulder width apart, touch ground with left hand, right hand goes all the way back
  4. half-squat, with elbows slightly bent towards the knees, hold the position as long as possible
  5. half-squat, with elbows slightly bent towards the knees, move slightly up and down
  6. half-squat jumps with feet shoulder-width apart, elbows slightly bent toward knees
