Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 24 spoons of sugar
  • 12 spoons of ground walnuts
  • 9 tablespoon flour
  • 4 spoons of density
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 margarine
  • 250 g of chocolate

 

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 3 egg whites and 3 spoons of sugar. Add 3 tablespoons of ground walnuts and 1 tablespoon of flour, then mix gently with a spoon. Pour into a tray lined with baking paper and dry in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 15 minutes. 4 such crusts are needed. Beat the egg yolks with 12 spoons of sugar, then add the consistency. Steam with the gradual addition of hot milk. Remove from heat when the filling is thick enough. Mix 250 g of margarine into the cooled filling and mix well. Melt the chocolate with 250 g of margarine. Cover each crust with chocolate, then the filling over the cooled chocolate. Decorate as desired.
