Spaghetti with vegetables and chicken - Ana Vuletić

These are Spaghetti a la Dragan, that is, the spaghetti that my husband prepares most often and likes to eat the most. They are very easy to prepare, there are a million variations and they are suitable for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • mixed vegetables, 150 gr
  • olive oil
  • dry spice, or salt
  • beaver
  • mustard
  • basil
  • garlic
  • chicken white meat, 100 gr
  • cheese
  • parmezan
  • thin spaghetti, 300 gr

Preparation

Step 1

As mixed vegetables, you can literally use whatever you have at home, fresh or frozen. In this case, I used frozen: carrots, peas, corn, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant, peppers and onions.

Step 2

Add olive oil to the wok to cover the bottom and then the selected (chopped) vegetables. If it is frozen, the frying time is 10 minutes. If it is fresh, first boil it for 5 minutes in boiling water, then fry it for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Cut the chicken white meat into thin strips and add to the already slightly fried vegetables. Fry everything together for 5 minutes, then add mustard and fry for another 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Now add all the listed spices, mix and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Step 5

Cook spaghetti in the standard way - add 2 g of thin spaghetti to about 300 liters of hot water and cook according to the instructions on the package (about 10 minutes). Strain through a strainer.

Step 6

Put the wok with the vegetables back on the heat. As soon as it starts to heat up (after 2-3 minutes on gas, or 5-7 minutes on electricity), add the spaghetti, mix so that all the ingredients are smooth. Remove from heat.

Step 7

Grate the cheese, in the desired amount, put it on the bottom of a shallow plate, just enough to cover the plate, pour the finished dish on top, pour the rest of the cheese (if you like, you can sprinkle with Parmesan), put basil leaves on top and serve warm. Pleasant!

Step 8

If you want a vegetarian meal, you can prepare the same without white meat. Pleasant.
