"Raw" salad - I love salads, especially those that are prepared quickly.

As with most of the food I prepare, I don't use recipes, I just react to the moment. I bought nice, real homemade carrots, pomegranate, parsley leaves, I had celery... And so, I quickly made this salad.

Ingredients

  • 100 g of grated carrot
  • 100 g of grated celery
  • 1/2 handful of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of the edible part of the pomegranate
  • 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix well. And that is that!

Step 2

I do not add salt or oil to this salad. You have to admit that the salad is not demanding at all, it does not require salt or oil or any other additives, and it is delicious.

Step 3

Instead of balsamic vinegar, you can add lemon and orange juice.
